Board service is not always easy or smooth. Crises occur - some internal (think Theranos) and some external (think COVID) - that can rock companies. Conflicts among directors can do the same to the board, at times interrupting optimal board functioning. Finally, boards can become stale and unproductive when not refreshed from time-to-time, but even the refreshment process can pose significant challenges. Join us for this eye-opening discussion, as our accomplished panel shares their insights on managing company crises, resolving director conflicts and planning for board succession.
